Human migration is one of the first steps of advancement early humans began to make. A level of technology was needed to successfully relocate and not die, such as tools for hunting and gathering. Traveling during these times were done in groups of kin. This indicates that society was divided by family rather than class. People living in different parts of the world allowed for different societies to form that had their own culture that had unique religions and art. Signs of intellect are demonstrated by this era, because humans are just beginning to think creatively and migrate out of curiosity. This thinking process has been continuous throughout history ever since and has been greatly developed upon to create art, writings, complex languages and religion. Geography’s role was crucial. It was a deciding factor by being either a push or pull factor. Post-migration proved how skilled humans are in manipulating their surroundings, and their ability to inhabit most of the world. Colonizing throughout the world ultimately created the foundations of what the world currently is.
